Our think tank is composed of members from the corporate and investor community and brings together practical insights with current international academic research in the field of corporate governance. We participate in the public discussion through position papers, opinions, surveys and newsletters.

We are convinced that corporate governance is a key factor for long-term value creation, requiring a good mutual understanding between corporates and their stakeholders. Following this spirit, SWIPRA fosters the dialogue between the various groups of market participants.
The SWIPRA Think Tank, consisting of the Panel of Experts and the Panel of Investors, brings together leading personalities from the corporate and investor community to observe and influence developments in the market and advance the general understanding of and public discussion on the Swiss corporate governance framework.

Media & Stakeholder Relations

Regular newsletters and background talks with media and other stakeholder groups on governance and stustainability to improve the general understanding of the topics amongst the members of these groups
